Intensive care is provided by multiprofessional teams of highly experienced and professional physicians, nurses, round the clock trained RMOs, pharmacists and other allied health professionals who use their unique expertise, ability to interpret important therapeutic information, access to highly sophisticated equipment and the services of support personnel to provide care that leads to the best outcome for the patient.

Critically ill patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) receive exceptional patient-centered care by a multidisciplinary team of expert surgeons, Ot assistants and trained staff. Our intensive care team includes nurses, physicians, dietician, physiotherapist and palliative care specialists. The Surgical Intensive Care Unit is a 4-bed closed ICU that is just next to major OT Complex on first floor.

The SICU provides a high level of intensive care to critically-ill patients from specialists who are affiliated with General Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular Surgery, Neuro surgery, Spine surgery, Gynecology-Obstetrics, All major surgeries involving liver, pancreas, bowel, and kidney, and Urology. Once the patients condition stabilized then they are shifted to the respective rooms.

Phoenix Hospital facilities boast of highly equipped, advanced and sterile operation theatres. The safety of the patient in the operating room commences before the patient enters the operation theatre. OT temperature and humidity is regulated from time to time to keep the environment healthy for speedy recovery.

The Operation Theatre department pride themselves on delivering high quality of care in a clean and friendly environment. The team understands that you may be anxious or nervous prior to an operation and will do all that they can to put you at ease.

Well equipped Supra major modular OT with laminar flow, C arm, 1 FR pro ziess Microscope and Major OT with all modern equipments for all types of surgeries.

We have fully air conditioned deluxe rooms with television and cable facility along with attached washrooms. We do provide twin sharing and economy rooms too. We also offer a super deluxe room. We have two general wards which are fully air conditioned, different ward for males and females and common washroom on second floor. We maintain maximum hygiene and cleanliness in all our rooms.

Our diagnostics services use the latest imaging technology and techniques to offer patients a range of high quality and only needed diagnostic investigations.

We also offer fast assessment turnaround, expert diagnosis, and accurate reports from fully qualified radiologists. We help clinicians and patients to meet their diagnostic requirements.
